Mbonisi K Ncube is an accomplished entrepreneur who hails from Zimbabwe and made the decision to move to South Africa in 2008 in pursuit of better work opportunities. Initially starting out as a security installation technician, Mbonisi quickly ascended the ranks and ultimately founded his own business, Altimate Technologies, in 2016. Through his efforts, Mbonisi has created employment opportunities for seven full-time staff members.
Mbonisi’s entrepreneurial spirit continued to drive him, and in 2019, his dream of creating and marketing his own line of affordable and user-friendly outdoor security sensors became a reality when he invented the Flex-1 motion sensor. To bring this innovative product to fruition, Mbonisi taught himself the intricate skills of embedded systems and CAD designing.
Mbonisi’s success story is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and self-education, as well as the potential for individuals to achieve great things through entrepreneurial pursuits.
